The 2024 Southern Regional Cooperative Soil Survey Conference will be held at the Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise (LITE) Center at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The Conference is scheduled to take place on May 21st -24th, 2024. The conference theme is: “Our Soils, Our Heritage.” The conference will allow you to connect with fellow soil scientists, catch up on activities of the National Cooperative Soil Survey, and learn about the soils and landscapes of South Louisiana.

Refund Policy
For your convenience, you may submit a Withdraw Request by signing in to your Continuing Education account at keeplearning.louisiana.edu. You may also cancel by emailing lori.selsor@louisiana.edu. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must cancel your registration a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start time of the conference. Cancellation requests received prior to 5 business days before the conference start date will be subject to a 1% cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is received between 24 hours and 5 business days prior to the start time of the conference, the registrant's total conference fees collected will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee. Registration cancellations requested within 24 hours of the conference start time are not eligible for a refund. A "no show" is responsible for the full conference fee. Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the same card. Check payments refunded by check, require a W-9. All W-9 information received will be encrypted for security. The refund process may take up to 30 days. If UL Lafayette Office of Professional and Continuing Education, OPCE, or OPCE in partnership with another entity cancels the conference, participants will receive a full refund.
